Daycare

Daycare Environment

Daycare is a play group for dogs that is supervised by professional dog counselors to provide a safe and stimulating environment for your pet. Your dog can work out on play equipment, get a massage, play with their favorite friends and brush up on obedience commands. We have large, fenced yards plus a huge indoor facility for continued playtime even during inclement weather. Your dog will experience many happy hours socializing and playing with other dogs while you reap the benefits of coming home to a dog that will have a similar energy level to you after a long day of work.

Is daycare the answer for my dog?

Our customers choose daycare for many different reasons. Some drop their dogs off just to let them have fun and play with other dogs. Other owners work all day, with their pet spending the day alone, either in the house or backyard. This often results in destructive behavior caused by boredom or separation anxiety. A couple of days a week in daycare can help alleviate these and other costly behavioral problems. Many dogs benefit from daycare—studies have shown that shy dogs and puppies benefit tremendously from this type of program by learning very important socialization skills. Overweight and out-of-shape dogs improve muscle tone and even lose weight.

Dogs must meet the following criteria:

Be dog and people friendly.

Be spayed or neutered if older than 6 months.

Have all vaccinations up to date: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella.

Application Process

To insure the safety and well being of all pets at daycare, we have the following application process:

Each dog must undergo an initial behavior assessment to determine enrollment eligibility. We reserve the right to turn away any dog unsuitable for this environment. Signed waivers are required for enrollment. We also require a one day per week commitment.

Special Needs Dogs

Our facilities accommodate dogs with special needs, such as housebreaking puppies or dogs that may not be dog friendly. Please ask our staff about those services.
